Product Description

1). Final product: L shape cardboard edge protector;
 

 

2). Raw material:bobbin paper, kraft paper, white glue (polyvinyl alcohol);

3).Function:

1. The host machine of cardboard edge protector equips 8/10/12groups forming press wheels coaxial drive, pneumatic control of the upper pressure wheel.
2. Adopts frequency inverter, servo motor, touch screen, PLC man-machine interface. Easy to operate, easy to learn.
3. The production operation is all digital, just to enter into the touch screen by batching , monitoring the quantity,  the machine will stop automatically after completion.
4. Automatic alarm, fault warning, easy maintenance
5. The production line can install punching and creasing device, so as to punch the corner protectors with side width 30~80mm.Options for 90 degree punch,90 degree punch with lock,5-90 degree surround punch.
6. We can combine the cardboard edge protector and flat cardboard dual-purpose in the same production line according to the customer's request.

4).Upper Paper Shelf

Paper stand with lifting, easy to receive paper, saving labor and time.

5).Gluing frame

Gluing unit consists of several optical shaft columns to separate the layers of paper,
scraping through the latex tube makes the glue apply more evenly and it is adjustable.Glue temperature control to quantitative and cycle gluing automatically.

6).Forming unit

1. Coaxial drive, the transmission parts are hardening and tempering plus chrome-plated;
2. Wallboard of forming wheels are tempered with 45# steel plate and chrome-plated.
3. Air cylinder with balanced pressure, stroke adjustable, easy to operate.
4. Adopts variable frequency motor,worm and worm gear reduction box, more traction, more smooth transmission;
5. Main engine adopts bevel gear for transmission to get more bite force and lower noise, long service life, ensure efficient and stable production of equipment.
6. The main machine adopts 4 groups of heating devices;

7).Punching unit (optional)

1. It can punch the side width 30-80mm cardboard edge protector;
2. Options for 90 degree punch,90 degree punch with lock,5-90 degree surround punch;
3. Touch screen and servo system control operation;
4. Adopts Taiwan HIWIN linear bearing of slide rail;
5. The punching die cutter is made of Cr12Mov vacuum quenching and grinding, which is durable;
6. The machine is equipped with one punching die cutter by default.
