Applications:

     Our newly designed paper cup/bowl forming machine is a fully automatic paper cup forming machine, which can produce different sizes of paper cups with a series of continuous process, including automatic paper feeding, paper anti-withdrawal device (to ensure accurate positioning), ultrasonic welding, transferring paper fan by robot hand, silicone oil lubricating, bottom punching, bottom folding, bottom pre-heating, bottom knurling, cup discharging. The machine, researched and developed by our company, is improved steadily after comprehensive technical improvements.

Features:
1.The ultrasonic of the cup body adopts a four-column lifting cam mechanism.

2.Paper holding adopts double cam mechanism.

3.Separation of the suction piece adopts the standard configuration of tilting suction piece structure and cup transmission.

4.Use 4~6 small wheels with adjustable positions or integral bottom knurling structure.

5.The ten equal cup-plate is made of aluminum alloy, and the cup mold is made of 7075 high-quality aluminum alloy and surface hardened.

6.The mechanical frame is welded with steel plates except the feet, and artificially aged.

7.It adopts PS board and aluminum alloy profiles for safety protection.

8.A gear pump is used to lubricate the gear transmission, and an independent oil injection pump is used for the cam bearing.
