Auto carton feeding part

Paper sheet feeder machine is for the cardboard box factory which equipped with chain carton printing slotting machine to improve production capacity and reduce labor cost, thereby machine replace manual sheet paper feeding, not only improve the work efficiency, and slash workers labor intensity, and reduce the rejection rate.

Paper feeding unit
 

1. The manual chain-type paper feeding system is adopted, which can make the general curved cardboard pass smoothly.
2. Each paper feeding part adopts 5 hanging chains, which can adjust the size of the cardboard, and the size can be customized according to user requirements.
3. The tension of the chain is adjusted manually. The worktable is a thickened , thickness is 5mm.
4. An interlock control switch is installed at the back of the machine to realize emergency stop and jog.
