Main unit

Top feeding unit
The machine adopts a high-speed Feeder head paper feeding mechanism. The Feeder head is fixed on the Hiwin guide rail in Taiwan (other supplier are fixed on two iron bars). The input paper size is automatically in place, ensuring that the face paper is fed in place at high speed and accurately under the condition of high-speed paper feeding.

Bottom feeding unit
The bottom paper feeding adopts the widened and lengthened bottom paper feeding belt, which is stable with the servo control system and high-power suction fan. Each belt is tightened separately (other companies have changed to overall tightening in order to reduce costs), which greatly reduces the customer's cost.
 

Positioning unit
The laminating of bottom paper and face paper adopts photoelectric (Omron high-end products) to detect the relative position of paper and control the servo motor to correct the deviation, with stable performance, servo tracking, high paper mounting accuracy, easy maintenance, and real intelligent correction.
 

Gluing unit
The gluing department adopts anilox roller to apply the glue, and the glue is evenly spread, saving glue, and the minimum glue per square is 12g. A unique sealing device is installed on both sides of the glue roller and the washing roller .The inside of the bearing is not easy to enter water, dipping and dust, which greatly improves the stability of the machine and reduces equipment maintenance rate.
 

Transmission
The transmission part is driven by toothed belt, with high accuracy, low noise and continuous stability. All rollers are within 5g after dynamic balance correction, and the whole machine has high operation stability. The overall adjustment of the regulating pressure greatly improves the speed of changing orders, and the digital display of the changing pressure makes it more convenient and quick, and it can be directly adjusted in place.
 

Electrical unit
The touch screen has the functions of storing orders and one key adjusting the machine, inputting the paper size, automatically adjusting the machine in place, zero error, convenient startup, and improving production efficiency. The alarm display is clear and more intelligent.
Deviation correction servo and bottom paper feeding servo all adopt servo driver, with stable performance, high paper mounting accuracy and low energy consumption.
