Hand-automatic integrated waste stripping die-cutting machine, the whole machine is driven by chainless transmission, abandoning the traditional chain, and the synchronous belt, transmission shaft, ejector rod, gear and other components used in large quantities with high cost. The fine-tuning mechanism is a patented product,unlimited adjustment of the paper arrival time. The left and right movement mechanism of the paper feeding table is electrically controlled, with a large adjustment distance. It has an automatic centering function when the paper is changed. The manual switch position is switched by one key. When the paper is automatically pressed, the upper roller presses the paper, and the lower roller does not move. The machine runs more stable, smoother paper feeding, fast die-cutting speed; manual reciprocating movement for the lower point roller, large stroke, more suitable for curved paper, and with gauges, manual paper feeding is simpler than ordinary semi-automatic paper feeding convenience. Switch the electrical control, the cylinder will automatically switch after the switch is turned, without manual adjustment.
Feeder is powered by an independent servo motor to track the paper feed time of the host, and install two motors to control the forward and backward movement, which can be manually adjusted. It is automatically adjusted when the hand and automatically switched, and when it is set to automatic, the feeder automatically adjusts to the maximum paper position and drops to the preset height. The customer fine-tunes the feeder position according to the size of the paper. When switching to manual, the feeder moves to the back, rises to the highest position, and stops the paper feeding action, freeing up a lot of space for personnel. The entire conversion process only needs to manually remove the paper flipping board, and all the rest are automatically controlled, saving a lot of time, labor cost, high efficiency and high degree of automation.
The machine is equipped with sensors and safety devices in many places to ensure the normal operation of the machine and personal safety.

Paper feeding unit
The feeder is a large feeder head with four suctions and five feeds, which can smoothly convey thick paper. The transmission of the feeder head adopts Japanese Fuji high-precision servo and servo motion controller, and Japanese Omron encoder tracking time is more accurate. The feeder can stop the action during manual operation, reducing the wear of the feeder.
Main drive unit
The die-cutting action adopts a worm gear pair and a specially designed crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, which has the characteristics of low noise, high pressure, high precision and long mechanical life. The worm wheel, worm and crankshaft are all processed by CNC grinding.
Paper receiving unit
The paper receiving adopts a three-sided paper-aligning device, combined with a paper-receiving brush, so that the paper is more tidy, and it is convenient to clean the waste paper edge.
The size of the receiving paper is adjusted by a motor, which is convenient and fast when adjusting different sizes of paper.
