This machine can complete the multi-color printing, crimping, slotting, trimming and corner cutting of cardboard at one time. The equipment adopts the front edge adsorption paper feeding, the host computer and the fan frequency converter control the start and stop, and the touch screen adopts the PLC programming system of the industrial control parts, which realizes the human-machine interface to control the operation of all parts. The printing accuracy of this machine can be operated. The front of the main machine is equipped with paper output monitoring equipment, and the situation of the paper output department is observed at any time when starting and stopping to ensure the safety of the personnel who start the machine and adjust the machine. All parts are separated and combined electrically, pneumatic locking, pneumatic lifting, and automatic ink distribution system to ensure the normal operation of the whole machine, fine printing patterns and accurate color registration.
Automatic oil spray and automatic oil balance device, which keeps the oil level of each unit at the same level, and also guarantees the service life of the gear. All electrical, electronic and pneumatic components comply with European CE safety standards. The latter process can also be combined with a central paper dust collection system, printing box glue line or waste removal stacker to work together.
