1. The manual chain-type paper feeding system is adopted, which can make the general curved cardboard pass smoothly.
2. The tension of the chain is adjusted manually. The worktable is a thickened , thickness is 5mm.
- One-off processes of cutting, perforating and creasing can be completed in this machine.
- The main motor adopts electromagnetic speed adjustment and the die cutter phase is adjusted by computer.
- This machine comes with a number counter and alarm bell
- The die cutting cylinder has been plated with hard chrome and treated by balance alignment. Driven by air, it will rise up and kiss the cushion roller when feeding starts, it will automatically go down and leave the cushion roller when feeding stops.
- The cushion roller can move horizontally about 40mm, avoiding die cutting in the same place at the same time, thus prolonging its service life.
- Linear speed compensation device ensures uniform die cutting and thereby makes sure that the carton size is identical.
- The rotary die cutter is designed with a spray lubrication system that enables gears to serve for long time.

9.Die-cutting rubber imported is easy to install and change, smooth edge of die-cutting tool, service life can reach 12 million times, greatly reducing production costs.
10. Die-cutting rubber roller adopts mechanical transverse moving device, about 40 mm, and controlled by pneumatic device. The tool mould moves up and down to prolong the service life of rubber .
