a.Flexo Printing machine
This equipment can complete multiple processes such as multi-color printing, creasing, slotting, trimming, corner cutting, die cutting, and punching of cardboard at one time. The equipment adopts lead edge adsorption paper feeding, the host and fan frequency converter control the start and stop, the high-power dust removal fan cleans the surface of the cardboard, the main touch screen and side touch screen adopts the PLC programming system to control the various parts , and realize the human-machine interface to control the operation of each part . The printing accuracy of this machine can be adjusted from the paper feeding , operation and paper receiving direction. The front of the main machine is equipped with paper output monitoring equipment, and the situation of the paper output department is observed at any time when starting and stopping machine to ensure the safety of the operator who start and adjust the machine. Each part is electrically separated and combined, pneumatic locking, pneumatic lifting, automatic ink distribution, and ink shortage alarm system to ensure the normal operation of the whole machine, fine printing
patterns and accurate color registration. All drive shafts of the whole machine are treated with dynamic and static balance, and the gears are special processed , all are carburized and grounded, the overall hardness is HRC52-58, and the accuracy is level 6. All gear lubrication adopts spray-type circulating lubrication, equipped with circulating oil display window, to observe the oiling situation at any time. The gear and the drive shaft are connected by a keyless coupling ring, which is firm and reliable. 1. Lead edge feeding unit
- The paper feeding adopts the most advanced leading edge paper feeding technology, and the material of the paper feeding roller shaft is bearing steel.
- The control panel is equipped with a 7-inch human-machine interface color touch screen, which can realize the operation of the paper feeding unit, the printing unit, the slotting unit, and the die-cutting unit. It can control and display the current phase , the speed of the whole machine, the counting and stop to change orders, lifting delay, fixed-speed adjustment of adsorption fan and dust removal fan, slapping time, continuity , interval and other system settings, man-machine dialogue or manual electronic control of each unit dual operating system, fast adjustment speed, safe and easy operation.
- The suction fan auxiliary paper feeding, and the air volume can be adjusted in each section according to the size of the cardboard. The motor is a frequency converter controllable motor, which reduces power consumption and saves costs. The dust removal fan is with a powerful inverter controllable motor, equipped with multiple dust removal brushes to remove impurities on the surface of the cardboard and improve printing quality.
- The lead edge paper feeding including standard type: suitable for various corrugated board , the system performance is stable, the paper feeding accuracy is high, adopts the vacuum negative pressure suction flat paper feeding method, to ensure high-speed and accurate paper feeding. (Optional additional price) "Light pressure" type: It can reduce the friction between the cardboard and the paper feeding table, and reduce the damage to the cardboard . Its characteristics is to protect the original corrugated board strength and reduce the injury of the elastic paper feeding rubber shaft mechanism on the cardboard, is conducive to smooth transfer of cardboard after touching the line. Reduce conveying congestion, save cardboard and reduce paper production time. It can feed E-flute (thin) horizontal corrugated paper, curved and lower quality cardboard.
- With the leading edge of the cardboard as the positioning reference, the influence of the length of the cardboard is greatly reduced. When the cardboard is sent to the pulling wheel, the speed is the same as that pulling wheel, and the transfer accuracy will not be affected by the speed difference.
- The left and right baffle of the cardboard adopt the electric adjustment distance, which can be electrically controlled in the same way as the left and right according to the contract or separately controlled. The cardboard tractor adopts electric front and back adjustment to adapt to the width of the cardboard. The front baffle is manually synchronized lifting, which is simple, reliable and easy to operate.
- Combination of the machine group: the electric control is separated and closed with an alarm bell, the separating and closing ring to alarm, one-key positioning separating and closing, and the drive shaft is equipped with a friction clutch to ensure the safety of operators and avoid damage to the machine due to improper operation. Printing roller (plate roller):
