1. This machine can complete the printing, grooving and other processes of three-layer and five-layer corrugated cardboard by feeding, printing and grooving at one time.
2. The wallboard thickness is 40mm. The internal stress of the intermediate frequency quenching and tempering increases the wallboard density, hardness, strength, toughness, and conductivity. Artificial aging treatment, large-scale machining center processing in pairs, high strength and high precision.
3. The transmission system adopts gear transmission 45 forging, which is processed by quenching and tempering, finishing and shaving technology.
4. The bearing adopts international famous brand bearings such as C&U, Harbin, etc., and is inspected one by one, and the products are qualified and put into storage.
5. The main engine element unit is clutched and electrically coupled with an alarm bell, and the bell will continue to ring during the clutch to ensure the safety of the operator.
6.Phase memory.

Lead edge feeding unit

1.The electric control machine has an alarm bell attached to the clutch, and it keeps ringing to warn during travel to ensure the safety of the operators.
2.The main motor is started by frequency conversion, energy saving is increased by about 30%, the left and right baffles are electric, and the front gear is manual.
3.The main motor is started. After the units are closed, each group is pneumatically locked and equipped with a master lock cylinder. When the cylinder is not locked, the main motor cannot start.
4.Using a high-speed adsorption leading edge paper feeding system, paper feeding is precise and smooth.

Slotting unit
1.The standard thickness of the slotting knife is 7mm, and the alloy steel material is heat-treated to grind the tooth-shaped slotting knife, with excellent hardness and toughness, sharp edge and high precision. The shaft is made of high-quality 45# seamless steel pipe, the surface is ground and electroplated, and the movement is stable.
2. The linear guide rail technology is adopted, which is stable and accurate to ensure the precision of the slotting phase. The crimping wheel of the slotting part and the slotting knife seat are moved side-to-side synchronously, and the height of the box is adjusted synchronously. The adjustment of the size is fast, accurate and convenient.
