According to the corrugated board production process, the corrugated board production line is composed of two relatively independent process sections, wet end equipment and dry end equipment. The wet end equipment mainly includes base paper trays, automatic paper splicing machines, preheater, and single facer machine, paper conveyor bridges, glue spreaders, double facer machines, etc., wet end equipment will make corrugated base paper into three, five, and seven-layer corrugated cardboard with different flute combinations; dry end equipment mainly includes rotary cutting machines, slitting and creasing machines , Cross-cutting machine, stacking machine, etc., the equipment will slit the corrugated cardboard according to the order requirements for slitting, cross-cutting and stacking.

Product details of single facer machine |
★ It adopts a hood suction structure and is equipped with a high-pressure and powerful fan. The air source and electric control are concentrated in the same operation cabinet, and the operation side is fully enclosed and fully covered.
★ High-quality resin sand casting, wallboard thickness 200mm. It adopts independent gearbox and universal joint transmission structure.
★ A hoisting trolley is installed on the conveying flyover, which can be used to take out the tile roller assembly and pressure roller when needed, which is convenient and quick.
★ The gluing roller unit adopts an overall outward-moving structure, which can be moved out of the machine as a whole for maintenance during maintenance, which improves work efficiency.
★ It is equipped with a spray humidity control device to keep the corrugated shape with good deformation stability and avoid dry cracking.
★ Using an automatic circulating glue supply system and a double-cylinder pneumatic gluing device, which has a good cushioning effect.
★ The gluing department adopts an integral sliding board structure, and the surface of the gluing roller is finely ground and engraved with pits and hard chrome plated.
★ The material of the corrugated roller is 50CrMo alloy steel, the diameter of the main corrugated roller is ¢346mm, after quenching and tempering→rough turning→inner hole fine boring→shaft head drying→welding→tempering to stress-relief→finishing turning→rough grinding→intermediate frequency quenching→precision grinding with CNC grinder →Tungsten carbide treatment.
★ The main power is driven by a variable frequency motor, which is energy-saving and efficient, and has a low failure rate.
★ The width of the glue is adjusted by electric motor to adapt to the change of the width of the base paper used.
