1.Can store 200 orders, change the paper cutting specifications quickly and accurately, change orders without stopping the machine, and realize computer networking to facilitate production management.
2.The transmission gear of cutter shaft adopts high frequency quenching of precision forged steel material to realize backlash-free transmission, and adopts advanced keyless connection mode with high transmission accuracy.
3.The blade of the cross-cutting machine adopts the spiral blade structure of inlaid steel, and the saw-tooth blade type. Scissors shear, small shear force and long blade life.
4. Both the front and rear paper feeding wheels adopt sun gear paper pressing mode, which is stable in conveying and uniform in pressure, and is not easy to crush the plate or cause blockage.
5. This model is energy storage brake (non-energy-consumption brake), with low energy consumption in the production process, and the average power consumption is 1/3 of that of ordinary NC cutting machine, saving more than 70% of electricity, and achieving the goal of saving money.
