1.The fully automatic box folding gluing machine consists of three parts: the paper feeding and gluing section, the line pressing and folding section, and the correction and counting output section.
2. This machine is made of high-quality steel welded and meticulously processed and assembled.
3. Adopting belt suction paper feeding, accurate and fast.
4. Automatic glue supply, circulating glue, no need for manual gluing, saving time and effort.
5. Stainless steel gluing wheel is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, evenly coated, and saves glue. The amount of glue used is approximately one-third of the amount of manual gluing.
6. The folding part is equipped with an adjustable multi pressing wheel group, making the folding of the cardboard box smoother and the adhesion more beautiful and accurate.
7. The carton stacking counting unit correction ensures safe, stable, accurate, with digital control and simple operation. It can be inputted without the need for shutdown.
8. The whole machine is driven by Timing belt, compared with other supplier's chain drive ,greatly reducing the working noise.
