Paper Feeding Section : 1)Adopt high-quality thick belt and the pneumatic paper stacking vibration device ,to ensure accurate and smooth transmission of cardboard ; the adjustment of various mechanisms of the paper feeding is convenient. 2) Each set of guide plates can be moved horizontally, and the embossing power guide wheel lead the paper output belt. 3) There are baffles both on the left and right sides to match the paper output in vertical direction. 4) Two paper ejection knives are allocated to the paper section to adjust the asymmetric length according to the actual sample. 5) The vibration motor is adjusted according to the enter and out of the vibration rack. 6) The overall cooperation is completed quickly, easily, continuously, automatically and correctly feeding paper. 7) Equipped with an independent servo motor to adjust the paper feeding distance. |

Bottom Gluing Section : 1) Composed of three groups of guide plates. 2) The left and right two sets of guide plates are equipped with segmented upper aluminum hanging plates,which makes folding function more powerful, and effectively corresponds to various complex box types' folding. 3) Modular bottom hook components can accurately finish the bottom hook work of the bottom locking products, and the removal and installation is flexible and convenient. |
Folding Section : 1) The extended process and two-plate structure design enables the product (especially corrugated products) to be fully stretched and then gently folded into shape. 2) With a push-shaped track wheel, the upper belt conveying speed can be adjusted to effectively control the appearance of scissors and fish tail marks after forming. 3) Equipped with four crutches, which can adapt to box-shaped molding of different specifications. |
Pressing Section : 1) The box is transmitted by two sets of guide plates and four belts (upper and lower). 2) Upper and lower transmission can adjust the length according to different shapes of the boxes. 3) Continuous automatic stacking mode ensures that the boxes could pass the conveying part neatly. 4) Equipped with a photoelectric counting device, the cylinder is controlled by a counter to kick out the cartons for quantity identification. |

Paper Beater (Optional) : 1) Effectively control the high and low lines. 2) Pneumatic continuous paper flapping device with adjustable strength, adjustable paper-flapping time, adjustable paper-flapping speed, which is more convenient than mechanical type, and it is convenient for removal when it is not in use. 3) The paper stoppers are attached to both of the left and right sides to ensure the tidiness and neat. |
