This flexo printing machine can complete multiple processes such as multi-color printing, creasing, slotting, trimming, corner cutting, die cutting, and punching of cardboard at one time.
1.The electrical appliances of the whole machine adopt well-known brands: color touch screen (man-machine interface).
2.The whole machine is reset to zero, preset position, and automatic plate registration function: printing, slotting phase zero and preset, to ensure that all ink is inked when the first cardboard is printed, the second cardboard is basically adjusted in place, and the error can be compensated during operation .
3.Memory reset function: When the printing plate needs to be repaired or wiped, this function can be used, and it will be automatically reset after the maintenance or erasing without adjustment.
4.Order phase storage function: 999 order phase storages can be stored. After the stored order, the device automatically memorizes the phase position of the printing plate. When the stored order is activated next time, after the plate is hung, the stored order is called, and the device will automatically adjust to the correct position in memory, which greatly saves the adjustment time for changing orders.
5.Unique sheet feeding function.

Lead edge feeding unit
[1] Suction auxiliary paper feeding, the fan is 7.5KW, and the air volume can be adjusted according to the different bending conditions of the cardboard to ensure smooth paper feeding.
[2] The die-cutting part is equipped with an interlock control switch to control the emergency stop of paper feeding.
[3] Lifting paper and dropping paper are driven by air cylinder, the action is quick and effortless.
[4] Adopt the leading edge roller paper feeding system, which can greatly improve the paper feeding stability of curved cardboard.
[5] Manual adjustment of the left and right baffle positions, manual adjustment of the front baffle gap, and electric adjustment of the back block box position.

Printing unit
1. Diameter of printing roller ¢396mm. Made of high-quality steel, the surface is finely ground, hard chrome plated, dynamic balance correction runs smoothly, and is suitable for high-speed printing. The roller is engraved with reference marks in the horizontal and circumferential directions, which is convenient for hanging and matching printing plate. The ratchet-wheeled fixed plate reel with plate hanging groove is suitable for quick plate change. The horizontal distance adjusted of the printing plate roller is 6mm electric adjustment, the effective adjustment range: 12mm, the printing plate can be corrected when running and stopping.
2. The printing roller phase planetary gear controls the circumference 360° to adjust, the forward and reverse 360° computer control motor operation adjustment, can be operated or stopped, the touch screen automatically displays the adjustment amount, and automatically adjusts after inputting the size. The printing plate roller is automatically reset to zero. The system is equipped with a hanging position. Click the hanging position button, and the equipment will automatically run to a convenient position for hanging the plate, which improves efficiency. The pedal switch is installed for the positive and negative rotation of the plate cylinder, which is convenient for plate changing and cleaning.
Die cutting unit
