the details of machine
1. The manual chain-type paper feeding system is adopted, which can make the general curved cardboard pass smoothly.
2. Each paper feeding part adopts 5 hanging chains, which can adjust the size of the cardboard, and the size can be customized according to user requirements.
3. The tension of the chain is adjusted manually. The worktable is a thickened , thickness is 5mm.
4. An interlock control switch is installed at the back of the machine to realize emergency stop and jog.
1. Creasing device
[1] The shaft diameter is ¢110mm thick-walled steel pipe, the surface is ground, hard chrome plated,move smoothly.
[2] Perform balance correction and run smoothly.
[3] Manual adjustment of the pressure wheel gap dial, the adjustment range is 0~12mm
2 .Slotting tool holder adjustment mechanism
[1] The shaft diameter is ¢160mm thick-walled steel pipe, the surface is ground, hard chrome plated, and the movement is stable.

1. Die roller (lower roller)
[1]The surface of cast steel material is ground and plated with hard chromium.

3. Quadruple knife without die cutting board
[1]The lower roller is equipped with four cutter knife to manually adjust the height and length and width of the box; the operation is simple and durable, and the cost of the cutter is saved to the greatest extent.

[1] The button switch electrically controls the separation and combination of the machine, and is equipped with an automatic alarm device. The bell will continue to ring during operating to ensure the safety of the operators.
[2]Pneumatic interlocking device, lock firmly, convenient and accurate.
[3] The split drive shaft is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent damage to other parts. This machine adopts electric separable structure, users can complete single-color, double-color or multi-color printing separately according to the different needs of the product, and it is easy to maintain, and has pneumatic locking and split positioning functions, which are accurate, convenient and quick to operate.
2.Paper Feeding roller
[1] The paper feeding upper shaft is made of high-quality alloy structural steel, after quenching and tempering, dynamic balance, grinding, hard chrome plating, 3 embossing paper feeding wheels, the shaft is balanced and corrected to ensure paper feeding balanced and accurate.
[2] The lower feeding roller adopts embossing roller, and the embossing axis after finishing, dynamic balance, hard chrome plating, wear-resistant and stable.
